1. Forged Cross Roll Ultrasonic Flaw Device Ultrasonic inspection is used to detect cracks that occur inside the shaft of forged cross rolls. By applying the sensor to the inspection point and rotating the workpiece, it is possible to inspect the entire circumference.
2. Graphite spheroidization rate of Steering Knuckle measurement (Ductile cast iron FCD) is the most important safety part of the automobiles. For enteral flaw detection, it is possible to simultaneously modify measurement inspection. For internal flaw detection, it is possible to simultaneously measure multiple inspection points by using multi-channel ultrasonic waves.
3. Piston wear-resistant ring joint inspection device Unboned wear-resistant resistant ring (Cast iron) And the eccentricity of the internal defect oil gallery is inspected by using ultrasonic waves. It`s possible to measure multiple inspection points at the same time by making the ultrasonic waves multi-channel.
Eddy current Testing

What is eddy current testing?

An eddy current tester is intended to detect the presence of foreign substances in a test object and inspect the condition and materials of the test object by a magnetic field produced by applying a high-frequency electric current to a coil.
Eddy current testing can be performed without physical contact with test objects and thus quality control can be achieved without destroying/breaking the products.

As shown on the left, applying a high-frequency electric current to a coiled copper wire causes an alternating-current magnetic field.
By placing a conductive material near the field, current flows in proximity to the surface of the material. This current is called an eddy current.

The eddy current causes a new magnetic field to repel the magnetic field produced by the high-frequency electric current. The repelling force differs according to current frequency, material permeability, conductivity, geometry and distance from the coil. By performing various operations, only intended factors (scratching, breaking, material, hardening depth, interval, vibration, dimensions and film thickness) are extracted from the signal.

Fluorescent inspection system
More efficient and economical inspection systems
Fluorescent penetrant inspection systems, with that a large amount of test objects can be inspected efficiently and economically, have been widely used for precise inspections of various types of parts including those in the aviation industry. NEOGLO-UNITS have been designed and madeto satisfy users’ needs adequately by making full use of “know- how “cultivated in long-term experiences and abundant sales achievements.
Eishin’s & J.N.S. (2003) penetrant inspection systems are mainly divided into fourtypes.Test objectsaretransferredmanuallyby handor with hoists. Automatic system is also available. Every inspection process can be automated from penetration to inspection,andthe test objects are transferred automatically.
EF-A type system
Small-sized penetrant testing system (about 5m in total length) for small and light weight test objects. Basically, test objects aremanually transferred between the stations.
EF-B type system
Medium-sized penetrant testing system (about 10m in total length) for large and heavy weight test objects. Usually, test objects are transferred on the roller conveyer between the stations. Each station is equipped with a lifter or a door.
EF-C type system
Large-sized penetrant testing system (more than 10m in total length) for mass-produced parts. The test objects are automatically transferred on the independently-driving roller or chain conveyer.
EF-D type system
EF-D type system is equipped with the waste water treatment system dedicated to separate-type water washable fluorescent penetrants. Rinse water can be recycled with this system.
- Waste water treatment systems for standard penetrants (MIZUSUMASHI)are also available.
- Custom-designed system is available.
Procedures for fluorescent penetrant inspection
Fluorescent penetrant inspections may be performed in three methods. Select any of these methods and the type of the penetrant to be used depending on the material type of test objects, the surface condition and the defect type.

Magnetic particle inspection materials
MAGNATRON gives a good contrast of any defects against the background and has high sensitivity. The desired one can be selected out of abundant types. And also, BLENDEX and MAGNATRON OIL can suspend magnetic particles very well.

Fluorescent magnetic particles show brilliant fluorescent under black light. Even a lower concentration of suspension, 1g/liter, achieves higher sensitivity.

Aerosol type
Aerosol cans in which a correct amount of fluorescent magnetic particle is suspended in an oil. Simply spraying detects any defects quickly. Three types of particles are provided: SY-7500, SY-7500Special,SY-8000, and SY-8000XB. In addition, Water-based SY-8000W is offered.
Premixed type
Premixed fluorescent magnetic particles with conditioning powder. Simply by putting a predefined amount of particles into water and stirring, the solution can be easily prepared. Two types are provided: SY-7500WS-3 and SY-7000SP.
Non-fluorescent magnetic particles
Wet type
Select any type considering color, contrast against the background, and conditions to be used. This type is used for observing under white light.

MAGNATRON OIL(Oil for particle suspension)
Use this oil product instead of kerosine to suspend magnetic particles in oil. Due to its flash point of above 94℃, it is less flammable than kerosine at normal temperature and even odorless.
Resmine(Antirust )
Adding this rust preventive product to a magnetic particle water solution prevents the tested objects from rusting for several days after inspection. (Adjust the amount depending on your requirement.)
