Description

Fiber laser is the latest ultra-efficient, enduring and easy to implement marking technology. To meet ISO quality requirements, product traceability is essential. This is why laser marking is used by manufacturers to automate traceability operations and thus guarantee 100% control of their process.

Our HD laser marking systems are equipped with a MOPA (Master-Oscillator Power-Amplifier) fiber laser source doped with Ytterbium that is now a proven technology. Our laser marking heads are extremely robust and allow marking at high operating rates in any industrial environment.

Thanks to its superior power, our integrated laser i103 HD marks with contrast on all types of materials (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, plastics …). Logo, alphanumeric codes, but also standard 1D, 2D, and Data Matrix codes marking are more accurate. Cycle time is reduced on materials such as aluminum and contrast is reinforced on plastics.

Its compact design makes our laser marking head very easy to integrate on any production line or robotic cell. Moreover, its autonomous operation allows it to be easily controlled by a PLC. Our laser machines can be integrated on all production lines that use Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet / IP fieldbus (optional communication cards).

Description

Our Easy laser marking systems are designed to increase productivity on stations dedicated to component marking and traceability. They are equipped with a SIC Marking fiber laser source doped with Ytterbium that is now a proven technology.

The i104 Easy marking head is designed to mark at high operating rates in any industrial environment. It allows high quality marking on a large number of materials (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, plastics …). The i103 Easy laser marking head accurately marks high definition logos, alphanumeric codes, but also 1D, 2D and data matrix codes.

Its compact design makes our laser marking head very easy to integrate on any production line or robotic cell. Moreover, its autonomous operation allows it to be easily controlled by a PLC. Our laser machines can be integrated on all production lines that use Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet / IP fieldbus (optional communication cards).

Description

The i104L-G laser marker was engineered for seamless integration into industrial production lines. Thanks to its superior quality marking and high work pace level, the i104L-G enhances traceability and identification processes with very low operating and maintenance costs. 

The i104L-G is a integrated marking system capable of marking on a range of materials including steel, titanium alloys, and most plastics. It will mark alphanumeric, 1D bar codes, 2D Data matric codes, graphics, and complex logos, all with a high level of precision and contrast. The compact dimensions of the marking head simplify integration. Control of the laser head can be achieved through the Fiber Unit Controller, or with a PLC interface.  The i104 range is modular, can be upgraded all the product life with various options like 3D Marking or 2D code reading
